Homall Recliner Chair, Recliner Sofa PU Leather for Adults, Beige Recliners

I am satisfied with this chair. It went together with no problem, all parts were there, no problems with the chair. I got it to sit in front of my PC while watching something. The desk chairs I have had in the past were unbearable and uncomfortable. This chair suits me for what I wanted it for. It's comfortable and I can half recline or fully recline. I like the low arms. My only advice is to think twice about buying something like this online, without seeing it. You can find something similar in some of the stores and try it out first. If you are not satisfied, chances are, you are stuck with it. Just know that. But I lucked out, this chair serves my purpose. Needed something comfortable at my PC and this is fine.

My red Homall recliner arrived today and I just finished putting it together. It's really beautiful. I put it together myself and it did not take that long. I have not yet sat on it yet as I want to change first but I wanted to write now to mention some things that I learned that may be helpful. First, I'm not sure why alot of reviews say these chairs are really small. They are not. It looks totally of average size with plenty enough room to be comfortable. No, it's not huge but to me it's great. I just love the red color. I ordered another one in black which hasn't come yet from a different company on Amazon but without the massager. I want to see if the chairs are different with or without the messager. But now I wish I hadn't and just ordered it from Homall as well. I also wish I had ordered another red one too because the color is fantastic. Just some tips. Stand the box upright so lettering is not vertical or upside down. If you are using a paper cutter be very gentle and just barely cut the tape at the top and sides because the chair fits real close to the sides on the inside of the box and you dont want to cut into the chair. Instead of trying to pull the parts out from the top of the box which could scratch the chairs I suggest carefully cutting the taped sides with the paper cutter pulling each cardboard side panel down so they lie flat on the ground. Then gently tear the other sides down that are not taped (you can do it manually by ripping a couple of times) so that all side panels of the box are lying flat on the ground. Remove the bottom and the top chair (they will be separate) up off the flattened cardboard and then move the bottom carefully to where you want the chair to sit. Try to make it near an outlet in case you would like to use the remote control. Some of the parts will be under the chair such as the legs. instructions. remote, etc. Pick up the upper part of the chair and match and attach the slots from sides of the upper chair to the rods that are sticking up on the bottom half of the chair and slowly move the upper part down onto the rods until you hear it click or lock. You will just want to mainly push down on each side slowly until you here them connect to each other. The remote should be in its package in the back of the chair where the cords are attached to the inside of the chair. The parts may be located differently in each box. If you want to use the remote just plug it in. Well, I hope my tips save you some time. I feel if you handle the package right at the beginning it makes it alot easier and also will prevent tears and scratches. You will really be pleased with this chair. It looks very expensive, not that its cheap but it really looks great.

The bottom (seat) and recliner mechanism was flopping around in the box when I opened it. There were a couple of holes in the box. 3 of the mounting screws came loose and were in the box. One screw remained attached but got bent really badly. I straightened it out and mounted everything. The chair is really comfortable and perfect for my small space. It is easy to recline and to get out of. It is a little narrow but works for me. I am 6’ 225. No issues at all. I am pleased so far. It may have been a little tough for someone that is less mechanically inclined to assemble with the bent screw but if it came not damaged would be easy for anyone. Screw the legs on and drop the back on.

Very pleased with this recliner chair. I didn't need a big chair next to my computer chair. I do half of my work from home at my desk and I need a recliner chair when I take breaks from work. I didn't need one to fall asleep in, but comfortable enough to put my feet up and relax little bit when I need it, or while watching a movie on my 43" monitor next to my working monitor. I'm not a small guy at 6'-2", 230 lbs but I fit comfortably in this chair. The chair could be a little longer or the headrest and armrests could be a little higher for someone my size, but the chair is still comfortable, nice looking, and so far it's holding up well.

I bought this chair for a very specific space, and it fit perfectly. Im 5'3 and I sit in it comfortably whether its reclined or not. I actually bought it for my boyfriend who it 6 foot. He wouldnt be able to like sleep in it, but can sit comfortably. My cats love it. Its not big but it is comfortable. Comes in 2 pieces and easy to put together. I think it was 40 lbs. I was able to carry it up three flights of stairs, although I should have made him do that part. I gave it 5 stars because it's exactly what they said it was. Small, comfortable, reclines, easy to assemble. So while it's not a top of the line recliner, it's exactly as advertised and a really good price.

Okay for moderate use but cheaply made

Huge thanks to those who pointed out that the thread size for casters is M8*30. I bought some casters with locks for the wheels ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B5244C81 ) and some fender washers ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DDY2HTZ6 ) and away I went. Well, almost. The nut on the caster wasn't tall enough to get a standard wrench in there to properly tighten it and the wrench provided with the caster was pure garbage. So I left the chair set up in the middle of the living room for ten days or so -long enough for the wife to get really tired of seeing it there. One she was sufficiently tired of looking at it, I bought some super thin wrenches ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09H7SHQT5 ) and explained to my wife that sometimes you just have to buy tools. No other way would have worked, you see, I don't intentionally add tools to my box, I am forced to do so! Sure, I could have looked in said tool chest and found a half a dozen other solutions, but one way gave me an excuse to buy wrenches and the other way didn't. One set of new, slim wrenches later, I'm zipping around the living room like Mario Kart (or a more current reference). A couple of notes though. If you're using it on a hard floor, get the casters with locks. It rolls really easily, especially when you are trying to sit down or stand up. Don't skip the fender washers. I used the plastic washers that came with the original feet for the surface touching the chair and the fender washers to try to distribute the weight of the chair on the wheels. If nothing else, it will be much more difficult for the sill of a doorway to make the caster go wonky and crack the wood. As for the chair itself, it's surprisingly comfortable for a chair in this price range. The fake leather looks fine. I'm not going to say that it's well padded as much as to say that there is so little other framework in the chair that there's nothing that feels uncomfortable when you sit in it. I don't really trust the recline function -I'm okay with the leg rest, but don't trust it to lean back under the weight of a 200lb adult. This massager ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B081KVJRTP ) fits into it nicely and with the casters, I can stow it in a spare bedroom when not in use. It would be nice if they included casters with it, but they would probably be cheap junk that you'd ultimately have to replace anyway.

I was looking for an inexpensive recliner since I have two cats that are not declawed and no matter what I do to try to protect furniture, they manage to at the very least to do some damage with their claws, even furniture that I've covered with slipcovers and EVEN furniture that I've put double sided tape on and/or plastic furniture guards. They somehow manage to get their claws into the furniture. So, when I was looking for a recliner, I wasn't especially looking for one that had a synthetic leather as they can damage that as well. I had actually ordered a couple of other pieces of furniture, one from Amazon and one from another company that were so uncomfortable to sit on that I returned them and kept looking. The reviews were pretty good for the Homall recliner so I decided to try one but honestly didn't have much hope for it being very comfortable. I was completely surprised! While the recliner is not a luxury chair that you'll sink into and feel like you're in a soft cocoon, it is actually quite comfortable. I recently was very sick with Covid and spent quite a bit of time in the chair. The only comfort related issue I have with the chair is that while reclining, the lower part of the chair that holds your legs is a bit hard and can feel a bit uncomfortable if your legs are in one place too long. I thought the chair, for the price of about $150 was such a great bargain for my needs that I ordered a second recliner of the same so that I have one in my bedroom and one in the living room. They are not bad looking at all, and they are very easy to assemble. I'm a smaller woman in my 60's in good shape and had no problem at all. Now, if I didn't have cats I would have spent more money on a chair that I know would last for years and had more padding on the legs. I don't know how well the recliners will hold up over time but they aren't going to be subjected to rough use so hopefully they will hold up for a few years. The size of the recliners is perfect for a smaller apartment and people who aren't very tall and/or very heavy. I can see how someone who is over 6 feet tall or someone who may need a wider seat with more support may not be the most comfortable in the chair as the recliner is on the smaller side. It also sits lower to the ground than some, but it's perfect for me at 5'4". Overall, I'm happy with the recliners. They arrived on time with no damage.

This chair was supposed to arrive dec 28. I can’t tell you how excited my husband was he got an early Christmas present. Affordable & perfect for small spaces. Purolater was amazing with delivery. Thank you so much. My neighbours approval gonna look into buying
