Authentic Taste, Just Like Homemade!
This Green Kathal (Jackfruit) Pickle blew me away! The jackfruit is soft and perfectly marinated in mustard oil and traditional spices. It has a rich, homemade flavor with no artificial aftertaste. The aroma is amazing, and it pairs beautifully with rice, roti, or parathas. Truly fresh, flavorful, and satisfying—just like something you'd get from your grandma’s kitchen. Highly recommend!

Best Jackfruit pickle without doubt
This Kathal achar is best one in India IMO, have tasted many but this is something to be mentioned about. Taste is authentic and mustard oil makes it delicious. Only a bit bad is quantity of oil in product, which can be lessened a bit .

Good product
It is mixed of khatal and mango achar. I feel more mango and less khatal. Where as I was expected only khatal achar.

Vinegar Vinegar everywhere....
While the jackfruit pieces are large enough and succulent, quality of spice is okay, the pickle is murdered by excessive use of vinegar. Resulting in an artificial sourness which renders it hardly bearable. I expected something that tastes close to homemade... but this is just overwhelmingly acetic acid . Jha ji .... itna commercial mat baniye. Business doob jayega.

I like it's texture and oil content also it's freshness is very good but khatal is not cooked properly i don't know why butsss over all its indregients is good

Bad Quality
The pickle was stale. As soon as I opened the jar a fowl smell came in. Very sad to see how Jha ji have downgraded their product quality.
