Even though the screen is LCD it has an LED look to it. The QHD 2560 X 1600 is very stunning to look at. It beats my previous 1900 X 1080 resolution screen by a very measurable amount. Even though I read a couple of reviews that said the speakers popped, mine haven't popped at all. On the sound, in order to get high definition surround sound you have to download the Wavesmaxx audio pro software. Dell has this capability built into their computers, but they evidently forgot to include the software with this computer to be able to use it. I had to do a web search to find the software. Seems every bit as fast as my last computer that also had a AMD Ryzen 7 processor with 16 GB of RAM. Operation of computer is very quiet with no fan noise. The FHD webcam is very clear and comes with software that among other things makes the camera follow you when you move left or right. The case is made of aluminum and has a very high quality feel to it. Since I downloaded the wavesmaxx audio pro, I do find that the sound is high definition audio with surround sound. And by the way, not only does it come with Dell premium support it comes with Dell Migrate software that allows you to transfer all your files & data from old computer to new.

Good pc very good performance. Plays dota 2 and cs 2. And really good for business. You can hear lil bit fan sound. Overall good laptop

The battery never worked properly and turning on was difficult. I do not recommend this laptop as i have had it over a year now and for the last 7 months it has been a process of finding a position where the battery would charge, and if that position moved at all I lost power. The battery didn't charge. Had I not been ill I would have sent it back. For me, this was the biggest purchase I ever made on a laptop and has caused the biggest disappointment. I do not recommend,

When I got this laptop it was performing strange. I did a bunch of updates to the BIOS did I restart and it was still running Funny. Basically it wouldn't go into sleep mode and the fans were going crazy. But after a couple power cycles the fans started behaving normally and it started going into sleep. I have a fast gaming computer. This is a secondary computer for me but I will say it's a pretty quick computer. Seems pretty strong. Performs tasks quickly and I'm kind of picky with that being that I use a gaming computer. I think this thing could handle some gaming for sure. Maybe not the most demanding titles but seems pretty strong. At first I didn't know what was going on, but like I said, after a bunch of updates cycling through the power several times it started performing normally. It definitely makes some heat because the fans run pretty strong even once they started performing normally. But that doesn't bother me. My gaming computer has some pretty strong fan noises as well. Just normal to me when you're using something with some power.

This is a good laptop for all-around use. It doesn't have any standout features, but overall performs well for nearly any task you need it for.

great little laptop, pretty quick and powerful RYZEN 7000 and RADEON graphics,, it needed to be completely updated, BIOS and all ,, everything is fine as kind ,, and i got a great deal on it,, DELL is not the company it was 25 years ago,, they are super when it comes to support, and their quality is great,,

I purchased this PC as both a personal computer and for my music business. All was working fine until last weekend (after 4 months of use) when the computer would not turn on, completely dead. I tried various remedies from internet videos (I'm not a computer expert, but I do have an engineering degree), including removing the battery, checking the power cord and power port, removing RAM, unplugging the BIO, etc. At this point it looks like the motherboard is defective. I can't believe that there was a power surge either since my work computer was charging on the same circuit too with no issues. Will be contacting Dell to see if there is anything they can do for me, as well as a local computer repair shop to confirm my diagnosis. Update 4-4-24: Dell dispatched a repair technician to my house after calling their customer service. He determined that the motherboard was defective and replaced it. I was impressed with Dell's customer service to resolve the issue under warranty. My computer is back to fully functional.

A sharp screen, a excellent keyboard, and a fast processor. This is an excellent laptop for work and media use. It's well made and has great speakers. Not a gaming PC.
