Easy to install. Love the power and abily to adjust. No leakage problems. Takes a bit to get used to as bidets or similar items were not common for our family members. We almost went with much more expensive options but glad we saved the money. Looks good. Strong and easy to use. Great value and pays for itself over and over by saving on toilet paper. Not an item we like to share. We feel it's better if used by the same person and not shared, personal preference.

The first toilet shower was installed in my house around 25–30 years ago, a common feature in many Asian households. Firstly, this is not just a sprayer but rather a powerful shower. It is multipurpose, as advertised. The product also claims that it can be installed easily, like any standard US/Canada washer tank fitting. However, I encountered some difficulty during installation. I reached out to customer service, and thankfully, they responded quickly. It turns out the size was slightly off, and although the instructions advised against using plumber's tape, our connection actually required it. I had to pay $20 for a plumber to install it. In terms of quality, it’s decent. However, I would suggest that the manufacturer consider increasing the showerhead size to 1–1.2 inches. This would significantly improve the toilet experience. It’s just a small recommendation that I believe would benefit everyone. Another suggestion is to reduce the weight. I’ve used showers with plastic casings that are much lighter than this one. Interestingly, the first shower installed in my parents' house, which had a plastic casing, is still working perfectly. I wish I could share a picture of that one as an example. Overall, the product serves its purpose, and the quality is acceptable.

Having Problems Installing This? I Did Too... I'm not going to lie—this was actually very easy to install... if everything goes according to plan. But let's be honest... how many plumbing jobs ever go exactly the way you expect? I've been doing my own plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman repairs for many years, so here's what happened during my installation. From the time I opened the box until everything was connected took about 10 minutes. I turned the water back on... and immediately found a leak. At first, it was difficult to tell exactly where it was coming from. Like many people, I grabbed a pair of pliers and snugged up all the connections. That wasn't the problem. The actual issue was my existing supply line. While it had worked perfectly before, this new connection required the included rubber washer. Once I installed the washer in the supply line, the leak disappeared completely. Everything has been dry ever since and works exactly as it should. Now comes the only challenging part... learning how to use it without getting water on the floor! 😄 Start with very low water pressure and slowly increase it until you find what's comfortable. It takes a little practice, but it's absolutely worth it. Moral of the story: Before assuming you have a defective product, make sure every connection that requires a washer actually has one installed. That one small detail solved my entire problem.

OMG, what was I even doing with my life before this?? I was pretty grossed out by regular attachable bidets because they are inside the toilet bowl and they seemed gross. This easily rests on the side of the tub, no installation required, no damage to the toilet. The spray has a wide range of pressure options, and the strongest is quite wonderful! Makes cleaning the toilet much easier, plus I use it to rinse my shower walls of cleaning product. The hose is actually quite long. Not to paint too much of a mental picture, but this thing is clutch for warmer weather. Very cooling and refreshing. My best friend tried mine and then ordered one for each of the bathrooms in her house. The temperature is the same as the water in the toilet tank. This is not heated water but I find it quite pleasant and comfortable. Your sweaty undercarriage will thank you. Priced a lot better than most attachable bidets and it works so much better.

Easy to read instructions easy DIY project for a clean bottom and clean toilet

Didn’t come with the correct washer for hose attachment. A few minutes installation became an hour ordeal with water leaks. Finally ended up using the spare washer that had came with the old bidet from a different brand.I don’t recommend this product. It’s not easy to use as well. Push handle is much more convenient than this one since once you take finger out water stops. But in this one you have to move the button to stop. If for some reason you can’t move it you’ll spray water all over you.
