We just loved this champagne flute. It's beautiful. Tall and elegant. However, there was a chip on the mouth of the glass as I rubbed the top to wash it. Fortunately, I was able to get a refund.

I ordered two 4-paks... the glasses are well designed, seem to be of a high quality and will finely showcase champagne. At almost half price, this was a very good purchase. The product arrived well packaged, but unfortunately, one of the glasses was broken. Before I could contact customer service, they were already reaching out to me re my satisfaction. Immediately upon my alerting them to the broken flute, they asked for my shipping info and sent out a replacement (at no cost to me). I could not be more impressed... with the glassware and with the seller. I highly recommend this product.
