I bought these for my wife as a Christmas gift. We’ve struggled with cheap kitchen knives for years; my daughter recommended this brand, having had a set for years.They are pretty expensive but you can’t beat the quality. Unbelievably sharp and hold an edge really well, they have yet to need touching up with the Sharpener I also bought by the same company.Good balance on the chef’s knife and beautifully made.I would add that the sharpener has rescued many of our old knives. So it’s a great product in its own right.

Comfortable and sharp… what else do you need

Theses are great knives. Nearly every time my wife uses them she says how much she loves them. I scored great husband points with this purchase.

At this price point I expected better packaging. The thin plastic is not strong enough to hold the knives in place during transit, so they come loose and bang around in the box, damaging each other in the process.Would have loved to keep them if they weren’t all nicked.Weight distribution wise - they tend to skew towards the handle, so it’s a matter of preference where you want your center of gravity to be in a knife.Super sharp right out of the box.Not dishwasher safe.

Gave these to my fiance for mother's day. She absolutely loves them. In her words "you don't know you need new knives until you get these" absolutely amazing and well worth the price. Great quality and super sharp

Needed new knives and these were recommended by a family friend. They are very sharp and have held their edge so far. The only thing I don’t like about them, and this is a personal preference, is that they are weighted towards the handle. I would prefer my knives to be more balanced. Not going to remove a star for a personal preference though.

Great knives. Very, very sharp

I was very excited to receive these, however when I received them all three knives were in the plastic box they come in just rattling around loosely. To my annoyance, the chefs knife has a chip in it(which I'm assuming is from being loose in the package and hitting the other knives). The knives look and feel great, but for $200+ you'd expect them to come packaged a little better. I thought about returning them to Amazon but ultimately I don't think it is their fault and it could probably be fixed with an hour on a stone. But still..
