Great product. I am so glad I bought this. It worked and I was able to roast the tower in the oven. Came out perfect. Very moist. I used the longest skewer with 5.5 lbs of meat. Placed my rack in the lowest level and it fit perfectly in the oven. Easy to clean as well. Skewers also came with rubber tip covers for storage so you don’t stab your self.

This was a great tool to use for cooking some delicious marinated chicken. We made Gyros and use this to make the chicken, stacked on the spit, on the grill. It worked great and was super easy to put together and clean up afterwards. It also gave us a fun display and experience when eating with our family.

The weight is perfect—strong enough not to buckle, but light enough not to make it too heavy to lift when it’s full of food. I’ve been using it (with the smallest spike) to help cook a small beef roast—-I love how brown and crispy it gets on all sides without needing to dirty a baking rack insert in a big roasting pan. In short, I’ve already found multiple uses for it, and am very glad I bought it. High quality item at a very pleasing price.

Bought two of these to make shawarma on a grill. I made one chicken and one beef. Both pans did what they were supposed to. Held pile of meat and onions upright and I was able to baste every 10 to 15 minutes with the drippings in the pan. Wish my grill had a rotisserie burner would probably work even better. Pans cleaned easily with a Brillo pad. The handles were easy to hold with a hot pad of course. Overall great pan, just wish the base was a little wider for better stability when trimming the meat while on the skewer and holding more juice for basting.

I love how tender the meat is when cooked this way. My husband doesn't care for chicken thighs but he likes them cooked on this. I have attached 9 thighs that were marinated overnight in Kinders Teriyaki Marinade. Cook low and slow and it's so moist and delicious. I cut them while still stacked into strips. I them serve on rice with extra Kinders drizzled. I have even dropped a pineapple on top while cooking my chicken. Yum 😋

Bought this initially to make tacos Al pastor for my daughter’s birthday. Worked exactly as the reviews said it would. The only thing that I would say to be aware of is after stacking the meat there isn’t a whole lot of extra room in the pan and the juices will fill it up quickly, but if you’re basting the meat regularly ( I used a turkey baster, worked great) it wasn’t a problem. Since then I have done a chicken and it came out great as well. Quite pleased with this product and really like the three skewer sizes.

Used it for the first time last night. Here’s what I found: quality is great, when using the longest skewer. It nearly fits in my full sized electric oven but it comes with 3 sizes, the largest skewer held approximately 3 chicken breasts (cut into thinner pieces). I cooked my chicken a little too long, because I was unsure how it would cook, but used Greek seasoning on the chicken and it came out tasting great! Going for steak tonight!

Bolt that you screw the spit into was barely soldered to the pan. Came off the first time I used it! Do not purchase.

Perfect extra for my kitchen. Great for a crowd. Love it.

The second time I used this product, the metal skewer broke off of the plate. Unfortunately it broke off the tiny little connector that it screws into to stay upright on the plate so the product is now unusable. Invest in something higher quality.
