This is a quality mold. The silicone is thick and the base is molded with stands on each peach, so that it remains stable during filling, moving, and baking/chilling/freezing. I also assume the peaches it creates are beautiful, but mine were all kind of wonky because I really struggled getting things out intact. In addition to baking and cooking, I like to do resin craft, so I use silicone molds in a lot of ways. If I had picked this up for resin craft, I suspect I would be loving it because I consider hard resin is easy in general to get out of molds. Using this for more delicate, edible creates, however, I kept breaking things, getting frustrated, and otherwise struggling with the top of the mold. To be fair, I am a regular person, just puttering away in my kitchen, so those with more advanced culinary skills might fare far better with this than I did. In the end, I can recommend this peach mold based on quality of materials and design. I will, however, caution would be users that the peach shape itself is still really challenging to extricate from the cavities, particularly when working with delicate materials like hollow chocolate, cookie, cake, etc...

Lovedddd these molds especially for when I bake around the holidays! Definitely recommend still spraying with coconut oil just for easier results but overall great product!

I have bought many apple molds from various vendors on amazon and at one point my preferred seller ran out. Everyone else's molds were flimsy but I stumbled on this one and gave it a try. Let me tell you this mold is VERY sturdy and will not lose its shape. Only a few vendors will have apple molds that will keep its shape and this is one of them. Written from a pastry chef. (
