This was great for what I need which is a cake topper and they end up with the toy so win win

My kids love this because it has doors and can hold other toys and trucks. I've purchased multiple times because it's a great gift.

This toy truck has headlights and sounds, a hood you can lift up to reveal the motor, cab doors that open to reveal the seats inside, and a removable container that can also be opened for storage or left on the pull-down stand for it. The truck is so realistic that opening the cab doors requires extra force just like with real cab doors! Really. The cab doors are not stuck. They do open fully. However, you have to apply the kind of force that might normally break the plastic to get the cab doors to open. The headlights and sounds turn on together, so you cannot have one without the other, and they only last for a few seconds before they automatically turn off. My 7yo and 10yo kids thought it was a pretty cool toy and have played with it some. Personally, i think the headlights are really cool and wish they could be turned on for a longer period without the sound.

The overall size of the truck is a good size for smaller hands to handle. As a parent, it makes easier to store when play time is over. The truck is built sturdy and contains a considerable amount of detail for its size. There are lots of operational parts to keep kids interested (hood opens, cab doors open, container doors open, container separates and contains swing down legs. Pull out ramp). The ability to separate the container from the truck body give the feel of a separate toy to play with. The lights and sound are added plus to invoke the imagination of young kids. This is a great overall toy for the price point. I don't see any small parts that would fall off and become a problem. The truck seems pretty solid. There are a couple suggestions for an improvement, but these are minor. They may only be related to the truck that I received and not evident on others. I found the front cab doors were very stiff to open and the container ramp was a little tricky to grasp a hold of to pull out. That may be due to the fact that I have larger fingers than the 3+ year olds this is designed for. One other thing is related to the wheels. The front wheels spin feely, but the tandem rear wheels have some drag. If you try to push this along the floor, the drag in the rear wheels bring it to a stop. These are all items that may loosen up in time as it is played with. Very satisfied though, and I would recommend it.

Honking sound is weak, muffled, unsatisfying. The doors do seem to be decenty constructed. Got it for my 6 year old brother to hold his hot wheels. He's less than impressed but uses it.

Love that the doors open. - Everything work great on mine, and seems pretty sturdy! NEUTRALS: - I got this for when my niblings come around and it turns out I don’t know what’s appropriate for age groups. I would stick with the 3+ recommendation. CONS: - None. PACKAGING/GIFTABILITY: The truck came in typical toy packaging inside of shipping packaging (a box in my case). Due to this, I think it is directly giftable with gift wrapping being optional. WOULD I PURCHASE: Yup! It’s a good price ($10.99 at the time of writing) for a good toy. CONCLUSION: This is a pretty detailed truck and looks (and plays) solid. While I misjudged my niblings age group, I’m glad to have it around as an option. I would recommend it.

Would not recommend. Bought for my grandson. It is hard for him to put the box back on the truck. He cannot put the ramp down without help and it takes multiple attempts to get the motor and honking sound to work. He likes the look of the truck but gets frustrated with it because it is not easy to work

My son who turned three a few months back, has been playing with trucks ever since he was one. He loves pretending while he plays and when I saw this particular truck pop up in my feed, I knew he was going to love it. The truck itself has a lot of interactive capabilities. If you press on the top it beeps a horn. What I really love about this truck is the numerous open and close features it has from the hood, to the side doors and container in the back. The container is also removable from the truck and stands on stilts. My son pretends like he is delivering stuff, so he puts things in the container and off he goes for his deliveries throughout the house.
