Unfortunately, one of the parts on the shower broke recently. I reached out to their customer service to see if I could pay to replace the part and they ended up sending me a whole new shower fixture free of charge. They went above and beyond my expectations. Not only is it a great product, but excellent customer service, too!

I bought this for an outdoor shower build and it has been great- even with the very hard water in my area I’ve only had one issue come up which happened about nine months after purchase. The cartridge on the hot water side got out of whack and it started leaking water. I took it apart and realigned the ceramic insert inside the chamber which fixed the problem. All of that said, I also contacted customer service and they were awesome! They responded right away and even offered a free cartridge if I needed it. Great company!
