It works great it just takes sooooo long to heat up. Took about and hr just to get it warm enough to use right.

7/10. It takes a long time to get a good consistency. I tend to leave it warming for like an hr and some change and then checking it. At first it's hard because you're learning how to use it but then it becomes second nature so you're good maybe after like 3-4 times using it and finding a good technique that works for you. Personally I have to get someone else to help me with my armpit hairs so it can pull everything off nicely in one strip. Other than the warming process everything else is good!

The media could not be loaded.  I recently saw a video that included a discount code for this unit. So I decided why not give it a shot. I don't let my daughter shave her legs, we usually go to EWC. Where i spend way to much money just to wax her legs. We let the device heat up for a while, no big deal. The wax does cool down fairly quickly so we plugged it in again for 10min before doing her 2nd leg. This removes the hair super fast and easy!! I would recommend if you're going over the knee, put the wax on the strip 1st then place the strip down on the knee. Her upper leg was a little more tedious for some reason but again so much better then spending 100$ at a wax place. I don't really know about smaller areas it may be a bit difficult. But this is for sure great on legs!! You can also use the wax strip more then once so we got 2-3 uses out of each one!

at first it was working wel but then it stopped working and the wax would get stuck to my skin even with the paper when i would try to take it off

I saw this roller on tic tock and I came here to buy it but I will admit the reviews on here had me like 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 a little iffy.I think most of the reviews are user error you will need to do research on how to wax if you aren't sure how. I let my wax warm up in the warmer for about 30 minutes and took it out to see if it was moving like water before I started. DO NOT ROLL STRAIGHT ON TO SKIN. ROLL ON A WAX STRIP FIRST TO GET THE WAX GOING. if it is resistant then allow the wax to warm in the warmer longer and then start your waxing. Make sure you are applying enough wax to your area evenly and rip in the opposite direction of hair growth. I was able to get my arm pits in one pull. And i used baby powder on my arm pits to unsure wax stuck to the hair not my skin.I bought it on sale for about $16 so why not try it. Do a test on your arm to make sure wax isn't too hot or YOU WILL BURN YOURSELF! I totally recommend this and will but more wax when I run out. I totally love the smoothness and easy way of applying so don't be iffy just get it you won't regret this at all!❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍👍👍👍🥰

It’s easy to apply, it’s easy to use, but the only issue is that’s it’s just so messy! And you have to be quick in using it because it cools down so fast. I think it’s good if your using it on ur under Ames only. But if you want to use it on arms, legs and under arm all in one time. I do not recommend, a 30 min wax runs about an hr or longer because I keep having to warm it up all the time. And to warm up this thing takes 30 min alone .

Love this product! It removes all the hairs I’ve been meaning to wax for the past months. To warm up, leave it plugged in for about 50 minutes so it’s not too hot and glides easily on the legs. Possibly after 45 minutes of waxing I would plug it back in to reheat the wax. Underarms are a bit more difficult due to leaving the skin taut and dragging the wax along the crevices. I have fine underarm hair, but it was difficult for the wax strip to catch all the hairs and a bit more painful than legs. I recommend pre waxed strips for underarms. The post wax paper is soothing and great to add aloe Vera lotion afterwards. Overall, great product, will be getting more in the near future.

I finally used this, which was after my return aspect. Which if it was I would have returned it. So I left it heating and the outside was hot. However, when I went to use it there was no wax coming out. Pulled out the insert and it was hot but no change with wax consistency. I tried the second wax canister and had they same issue. So I choose to place the wax canister in hot water which kind of helped, yet it was still unusable.
