This is EXACTLY what I needed for my 5 year old with autism. He kept sliding down the middle buckle and getting his upper body out. These have two clamps that clamp around either strap. Then you have to squeeze these little ears on the clamps to unlock. He would have to figure out how to slide each one down one at a time—and they are not so easy to slide down once clamped. I LOVE the lion and money faces because even though they seem more for babies—they give him something to fidget with to help forget his initial frustration of feeling “stuck”. Highly recommend if you have an older child with special needs—get the ones with the animal faces. They make a little noise when shaken and can move around the straps a little—they may work to remove those instead of the clips. I position them so when my son looks down at the faces, they are looking up at him. The straps themselves on these adapters are a little long and would be nice if you could shorten their width. But I attached one above the factory chest clip, and one below, so the middle one stays about at armpit level, and cannot be moved. 👋I don’t think it would be safe to remove the factory chest clip!! Position these products above and/or below the regular car seat chest clip! Five stars!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Do not buy, easy to slide up and down!

I don’t know how this product didn’t get enough good reviews but I tell you that it’s a life saver for an active toddler. Very easy to use and convenient. It truly adds piece of mind . And package has a good value as it has 2 pieces. Suggesting this listing

These are okay. I bought them hoping it would prevent my son from sliding his chest buckle down and taking his arms out. Unfortunately, these slide down too. So I ended up putting two on top of each other which kind of helps, but it’s annoying. The buckles themselves work well, and they’re easy to install. They fit the straps of our Evenflo360 car seat well. So maybe this would help someone with a different problem! But it only partially helped our problem.

Game changer for me, it gives me the peace of mind while driving that my toddler isn’t going to push down her chest harness on her car seat. After multiple instances where I see her chest piece far below from where I strapped her in at, I knew I needed an additional precaution for her safety. The ease of placing the clip on was great, the price point is always great for 2. 10/10 would recommend.

These do not keep my child in the car seat because he figured it out within two days

If you have Houdini for a kid, buy these. My son would escape his car seat no matter what I did. He figured out how to loosen the belt to make enough slack to slip out. Once I solved that problem he then figured out how to unbuckle the top buckle. He doesn’t realize how dangerous it was trying to get out of his seat constantly. I was desperate for anything so when I found these I thought maybe these will work at least for a little while until he figures these out. To my surprise, they do work well and after months of using them he still has not been able to remove them himself. I would buy these over and over again and anyone else in a similar situation should do the same. As the title states, It’s hard to put a price on peace of mind and it isn’t very often it comes this cheap!!!

My 2.5 year old figured out how to unclip it before I had time to get into the driver’s seat of my Nissan kicks. I specified my vehicle bc it’s a small hatchback type vehicle, the upgraded Nissan Juke

These things are made horribly. We received them broken and not working. They always fall off or come un clipped for no reason. Do not recommend.
