I purchased the bundle for both a color and black ink cartridge - xl for that matter. The price was reasonable and I have never tried remannned ink cartridges, so I figured I’d give it a try. Only to find that the black cartridge worked fine but the color cartridge kept showing as ‘incompatible’ and I’m not sure why. I have tried resetting the printer, shutting it off and on, etc... to no avail.l The worse thing about is that I needed the color cartridge for print outs and was depending on this shipment to get me through. I did not wait to the last minute and bought the item in plenty of time for ordering and shipping. Needless to say I’m very disappointed. I submitted a request for refund but this really doesn’t help my situation. Now I will need to incur additional costs and time to go out and buy one from a reliable source.Update:3/16/18After being contacted by the Seller, they were kind enough to send me a new cartridge and both are working as expected. Their customer service has been great and I have no issues with printing. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.

I bought a new printer and JARBO ink to go with it. When my printer arrived, it also came with the “name brand” ink. Bonus! So I had four ink cartridges- two “name brand” and the two JARBOs. Thank goodness I ordered the JARBO ink because the “name brand” color cartridge didn’t work. My color prints looked 80% red no matter what troubleshooting I tried. I thought something was wrong with my printer till I put in the JARBO cartridge and then my printer worked perfectly! It seriously saved the day!

I was really skeptical but, it worked perfectly ... ink level indicators show full and you cannot tell the difference between this ink and the OEM ink. Also, it did not trigger any "wrong ink - void warranty" messages. And the best ... these XL cartridges were less than 1/2 the price of HP oem! 2017 HP 2600 series.

These are great. They were all they were claimed to be. The savings were significant compared to buying new HP product. There is nothing yet to dislike about this ink.

I always purchase brand name HP 65 cartridges however the last time I ordered them I ordered these Jarbo remanufactured cartidges as well to see if they would work as described. I thought I could save a lot of money by doing so. My other HP ink ran out and so I tried the Jarbo brand. They did not work after loading them so I followed the “what if they don’t work” instructions. I did everything as directed- multiple attempts- they never worked. Save your money. Unfortunately for me, I will not be getting a refund because my return timeframe is way past due.

I got these XL cartridges so I could use them with the Jet Sir refill inks. Together they are a great team for saving on printing. I'm a teacher and like to make card materials for use in learning centers or individual choice.

My two Ink Cartridges that I received both functioned well in that the printer could print with them; however, the colored version did not show that it was replaced and still showed low ink levels. I contacted Jarbo, and they agreed to send me a replacement order of 2 new ones (black and tri-color). I'm very happy with that service and with the fact that the cartridges did produce good text/images, even if it wasn't properly detected by printer software (I tried to update drivers and re-download software and everything). It still remains to be seen how long they last. I may update this review if they don't last very long.

So far the ink is working great! In fact I find it is working better than the OEM HP ink cartridges. I just replaced an HP color ink that was not empty but was not printing correctly. Very happy with purchase and will make another purchase soon.
