They are both just as good as each other. It is a hybrid of Tylenol and caffeine. IMPACT: I great incredibly bad headaches caused from tension around my jaw, neck and shoulders. When I get one of these headaches all bets are off. They are terrible and I can’t think at all. This product very effectively give me relief. SPEED: It is a caffeinated product so in addition to being pain reliever you get a kick. So you don’t get drowsy, the product actually activates faster throughout your body. If you didn’t sleep well and woke up with a headache this product helps you with the headache and the drowsiness. COST: This is the biggest difference in this generic product versus the original. The original is more than twice the cost. When I found this product and tried it out I will never spend the money on Excedrin again. I would rather save my money on this generic product. USES: it is simple you just open your mouth and swallow it with water. There is no bad aftertaste. It has not scents that you will small. You can also fit this container in you car, dresser, locker, toolbox, desk,etc. I sometimes put it in a smaller container so I can have it in my pocket for on the use. **Q: Where is it manufactured ??it says not manufactured by allegant but doesn’t say where it comes from**
A: The bottle only says "Manufactured by: Allegiant Health, Deer Park, NY", not origin of make or country shown.  All I know is, IT WORKS.

A: I no longer own this product.  This product did nothing to relieve my headache.  Sorry I can’t be of further help.
