Dryer is fixed

Plug and Play. Move the dryer away from the wall. Unplug it from the electricity! Removed (and don't drop) the sheet metal screws (about a dozen). Gingerly remove the electircal wire harness. Move the rocker arm to release the spring. Gently move the belt. Unbolt the "squeaky wheel assembly." Replace. Go backwards to get it back in running order. Much easier than I thought. All the parts to complete the repair were there. You will need a pair of plyers, a 1/4" driver. 8 mm or 9 mm socket and ratchet. Take a few pictures (in case you forget where things go). There were a couple of helpful videos on youtube.

The media could not be loaded. Listen to the video. Ignoring the warning of my dryer repair technician, I ordered these parts instead of the far more expensive OEM parts to save money. I had him professionally install them all, replacing everything (pullies and wheels etc). Within just a few weeks, the squealing returned. That was on March 4th. It's now April 17th and the squealing is just as bad as it was before March 4th. This was a total waste of money. To save a couple hundred dollars, I took a chance on cheap Chyknees crap and now I have to do it all over again or just break down and buy a new dryer even though this Maytag/Whirlpool crap that everyone has this problem with is just 4 years old. There's another thing...don't buy that crap dryer, but if it's too late, then either buy the OEM parts or just get a new dryer. Don't buy these parts. I wish I could get my money back, but Amzn would want me to return the parts, no doubt, and that's stupid. At least the dryer functions at the moment...but for how much longer is anybody's guess...but the racket is driving me near crazy. The video was actually taken when the squealing died down a bit, believe it or not.

Everything fits properly except the belt

Only received three wheels. Belt went on the drum but was do tight the drum wouldn’t turn. Disassembled it again and used old belt. Gave two instead of one because the idler was the problem.

Great kit. I have a Whirpool Duet dryer and this fit like a glove. Easy replacement. Make sure to have a vacuum to clean all the lint internally. Very satisfied with this kit.
