We installed this wall-mounted changing station in our church restrooms, and it’s been a champs under constant use. The high-density plastic surface wipes clean in seconds, and the silent cylinder-controlled fold-down action never startles little ones. Installation was a breeze—about 10 minutes with the included hardware and clear instructions—and the safety strap gives parents total peace of mind. With a 55 lb load rating and smooth, rounded edges, it’s perfect for busy facilities and makes diaper changes quick and worry-free for everyone.

What I did not like about it:1. What appears to be 2 wipe dispensers built into the side are useless because the wipes would dry out no time. They would word with dry wipes.2. The instructions say to drill the holes in the wall use the template which was not included. I used the holes in the side of the unit as a guide for pilot holes.3. The 4 expansion bolts were supposed to be 2 different lengths but were all the same. They would only be useful when mounting to a concrete wall. Use 1/4" toggle bolts 3" and 4" 2 ea. You're going to need an extra pair of hands to line up all 4 bolts.Despite these shortcomings, I'd highly recommend this product.

Recently installed into our family's bar. It works perfect has a spot for the baby wipes folds up so nicely doesn't take up too much room and was half the cost of the ones at the stores .
