I purchased the Crompton EN Hyperjet BLDC Fan, but unfortunately, the product turned out to be defective. Within a short time of installation, the fan stopped working completely. I raised a complaint, and a technician visited and confirmed that the product is faulty and needs replacement. However, it has been more than 45 days, and I have still not received any replacement or proper update from the service team. This delay is highly disappointing and unacceptable. I expected much better quality and after-sales service from Crompton, but this experience has been very frustrating. I do not recommend this product due to poor quality and extremely delayed customer support.

The product is good but not that fine tune after use of 1-2 months it’s now produced some little bit of noise.

Even after registering a complaint, no technician has visited yet. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper response from the service team. 👉 Product quality is disappointing 👉 Service support is extremely poor 👉 Customer care is not helpful at all My suggestion: Think twice before buying this fan. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this product. ❌ Stopped working within 6 months + zero service support = complete waste of money
