CL-PC12000 12,000 BTU 3 Speed Home Office Portable Compact AC Air Conditioner, White

We needed additional cooling in the west end of our house. We had thought to put in another window air conditioner like we have in our kitchen then we saw an advertisement for this portable machine. The local store with the advertisement did not have any in stock so we went on line to Amazon knowing the brand name. A couple clicks after reviewing the site and the conditioner was on its way and arrived ahead of the predicted time. We have been using it now for about 2-3 weeks and are entirely pleased with how it is operating. We could make our bedroom feel like Siberia if we chose to now. It runs fairly quietly and really cools the west end of our house. It can vent to our window with the screen still in the window so we don't have the concern for bugs coming in. It was easy to install but one must follow the directions to do so. We are very pleased so far and showed our son and his family and they were very impressed with it as well.

This is not the air conditioner I received. It is a different model and it does not blow out air like the one featured in the picture. Also the box was in bad condition and look like it was opened. I also called and spoke with an operator before I made amy purchase to make sure I would get the product featured on the listing and was told I would.
