Metal stamp edges are rather sharp below the PVC grip. Product is sturdy and easy to use with the exception of being careful not to scrape or cut yourself. Smaller "spoon" has no PVC at all; and it should. From advertisement: COMFORT GRIP PVC HANDLE:The handle is covered by soft PVC sleeve which provide comfortable grip feeling.

These long shoe horns work well they’re very sturdy and they should last a long time. They’re also very good value.

Excellent product. I keep the long one at home and the short-handle version in my bag for travel. Five stars for the quality of material, the soft feel, and the overall ergonomic comfort.

These were a great investment. I love the length of these shoe horns and the solid metal construction with the rubberized grip on the end. I have a pair of tennis shoes that are difficult to get on and these have helped out so much and kept me from ruining the back of my shoes. Also, they just make my morning so much faster now that I don't have to sit down and untie my shoes to get them on!

Well formed, quite useful tool for putting my steel toed workbooks on. Had to bend the hook on the handle end around a little further so it would hang on a wall hook, but a great shoe horn. If I purchased again I would look for a longer one, but that's no reflection on this one
