Yes . Our door handles are in direct sunlight. They get so hot you can't touch them. With these there is no heat. Easy to slip on and work great.

Definitely helps with the heat from the door handle but no instructions on how to use and looks odd the way it fit in the door.

These did the trick for our scalding hot front door knob. I did cut about 1” off - easy to cut and now fits perfectly.

The doorknob to our exterior garage door faces the sun most of the day and can get very hot. So we bought these covers to see if they'd help. They did! They are kind of odd, like a koozy made out of thin wetsuit material. They look just as odd on the door handle, but they're an inexpensive fix, so why not?We had to trim ours down a bit to keep it from interfering with the base of the door knob. After doing that it took a bit of man-handling to get it to slide over the knob and adjust properly, but once on, it stayed in place.Works in cold weather too... much nicer than grabbing a freezing door knob.It's been there for about six months now and still seems fine. Time will tell. We have the extras in case it needs to be replaced though.So far, recommended!

Works as it should. My hand is no longer burnt by the door knob. My door known faces the afternoon sun in Henderson Nevada, at writing of this current temp 108.

The material separated from the rubber and pulled apart when I was stretching it to fit over the door knob. Not very durable. And the heat came through it. I suppose it will keep you from burning, but it still gets hot. Glad they give you 4. Trim to fit. It will do.
