I started taking this appetite suppressant and kinda forgot that I took it. I worked most of the day and kept thinking to myself, "nah... I'm not hungry. Not sure why. I'll find something in a minute." That minute turned into hours and I had to force myself to get some nutrients in my body and that was after taking just one (2 recommended). Going to step it up to two a day, ASAP to reach my goals before the end of the year. I highly recommend that you try this product and drink lots of fluids.

I tried this product for a few days and unfortunately noticed no difference. I imagine the lack of results might be due to the more affordable price point—perhaps the best ingredients just weren’t used. Disappointing overall.

Purchased this product after reading about some of the benefits. I have not changed anything else in my diet, I eat the same or maybe more and I have noticed my pants and dresses feeling a bit loose. I will continue to use to see how it turns out. Great product, great purchase!!! You will also go throughout the day feeling full if you aren't a scheduled eater
