This is a dive skin on the upper, which is MUCH thinner than a 1.5mm wetsuit. It is neoprene (wetsuit material) only on the upper legs. Other than that it seems nice for a dive skin. I bought it for my wife for a dive trip and now it's too late to order another. We'll keep it but don't make the mistake of thinking this is a wetsuit. I've been a SCUBA diver for almost 40 years now and own wetsuits from 1mm through 5+mm, (with a couple 1.5mm) so believe me when I say this isn't a shorty wetsuit.
