My favorite before bed tea. Has melatonin so aids in a good night sleep (also helps falling asleep quicker). Taste delicious and fresh. Not too strong. Amazing price for amount of tea bags you get. Highly recommend for every tea lover.

I LOVE THIS TEAAAAA!!!! It’s literally like a miracle tea for me. In the past I was taking melatonin gummies and they would mess me up! I would have nightmares all the time and I would also feel groggy in the morning. This tea is so gentle and calming. You feel like you’re slowly drifting off to sleep. I also don’t dream as crazy as I used to. I wake up feeling happy for once! One time I did accidentally put two bags in the my cup lol it didn’t make it nasty or anything but it did “knock me out”. I’m also super happy I found the tea on Amazon! It’s cheaper here than at my local grocery store.

I usually stay up way too late scrolling and this has actually been helping me wind down for real. The taste is soft and a little earthy, not fake or too sweet, which I appreciate. I enjoy the taste and aroma of this tea. Since I have trouble sleeping I enjoy the decaf version so I can have a relaxing cup in the evening. Especially if I awake at 2 or3am.

It does still work to calm anxious thoughts in the evening and help me fall asleep gently without any groginess. It's a very low dose of melatonin. The flavor is good and the quality of the received product was great.
