## Overview

The Seasonic PRIME 600 Titanium SSR-600TL is a high-performance power supply unit that delivers 600W of power with 80 PLUS Titanium efficiency. Its fanless design ensures silent operation, while the full modularity allows for a clean and efficient setup. With a remarkable 12-year warranty, this power supply is engineered for longevity and reliability.

## Description

The PRIME 600 Titanium Fanless utilizes the fanless technology, which eliminates the fan noise completely, ensuring truly quiet operation. The unit not only is rated to be 80PLUS Titanium efficient, but it also has the highest power output on the fanless power supply market at the moment. The power supply is ideal any situations that demand silence from the equipment. The high quality components inside and the innovative circuit design result in clean and stable power output. The fully modular cables allow for better cable management in the computer case.

Review: Couldn't be happier - Had a 500 watt Kingwin Stryker fanless Platinum rated power supply for about 6 years. Loved that P/S as it was fanless, silent, well built, and was conservatively rated (Output at 600w at gold rated standard). About six months ago it started to make humming/groaning noises when pushed and knew it was a matter of time before it got worse. Decided I definitely wanted a fanless P/S again and opted for Seasonic Prime 600 Titanium Fanless. Everything I loved about the previous P/S is present in this one and even more so as this unit is 600w, absolutely silent even on extreme loads (I am taking zero transformer or coil noise with ear up against it when loaded down). They cables are long enough for my Thermaltake Tower 900 case which is saying a lot, and my MSI RTX 2070 Armor oc runs perfectly. No question in my mind it could easily run an RTX 2080 ti or top of the line AMD graphics card as this P/S is efficient as all get out and is conservatively rated as well. The specs on this power supply are simply unreal (google the reviews). If you want the best you know what to do. A good, stable, efficient, top notch power supply is a necessity for any PC if you want to make sure your components inside will not have power or intermittent issues, and trying to save money on a P/S is not a good idea. The peace of mind is worth it's weight in gold.
Review: Best available PSU of this wattage range - The PSU is next to perfect as far as I can tell. Completely silent with none of those high frequency noises you get sometimes. It does everything it's supposed to, so not much to elaborate on there. This is definitely on the expensive side for a PSU, but you are getting a higher quality component with a clean output that adds to system stability - especially if overclocking. Plus, better warranty, fanless operation, and 80+ Titanium efficiency which will save you (a small amount of) money compared to less efficient options. Some minor downsides to consider: Since the design is so open, they might have spent a little more time making the internal components a bit nice to look at, but most people have these buried in a case so I can't fault them too much for that. Documentation is a little sparse, but then again, it's just a PSU. Price ($200 for me) is a bit high. My biggest complaint is the included cables. Ugly and annoying to work with, but not worth deducting a star for. Most people who care about those things probably buy aftermarket cables anyway. I have this running an i7-8700K and 1080 Ti, both moderately overclocked. A quick note on wattage: PSUs are generally most efficient when operating at 50% of their max wattage. Aim to get one with a wattage twice your system's average consumption and at least 10% more than your system's max consumption.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will this product work with new cases that have psu shrouds? For example fractal define c**
A: Yes, Worked fine in my fractal meshify c and Corsair 570X.

**Q: dumb question if i get a 600w but only need 320 w does it "sleep" so i can save power its for a server so i want it quiet but wanna save power to ?**
A: Power supplies do not supply the full 600w all the time. That's just the maximum output. So if you need 320w, it will only supply that much.

**Q: Some people have dinged the cables in their reviews. Can anybody point me to good cables to use with this psu?**
A: I used the cables that came with it, and they worked fine. Though, my PC isn't open for viewing if that's what your going for? Perhaps other companys make ones of a better quality or fit? Remember to double check that connectors are correct as well as the way they are wired and wire size.

**Q: Will the 450watts enough for asus z97-pro motherboard?**
A: MAYBE or NOT..............You need to know WHAT ELSE is using the power. Hard Drives, Optical Drives, External peripherals, Add-In Cards, CPU, MEMORY, Fans, Lighting as well as the MB itself................................ADD UP the POWER Requirements of all else and SEE?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Read the manuals of items you want to assemble, find the power consumption of each and ADD them UP. Leave a Factor of Safety of 10% (if total is 405w or less) and if that is less than or equal to 450 you have your answer................................

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best PSU I've ever seen
*by A***. on March 24, 2019*

Pros: - Everything is labeled neatly so it's easily to install - Cables are great quality, flat, and flexible - NO FAN, it's dead silent - Absolutely no coil whine - Looks beautiful aesthetically - Matches the color of my case - Seasonic logo and power socket are upright as they should be - Comes in excellent packaging - On/off switch feels smooth - 600W is about half of my system wattage Cons: - None. I really can't say anything bad about it. Other thoughts: I LOVE it. Fanless PSUs are the future. I couldn't have asked for a more quality, premium PSU. This is the exact opposite experience I had with Corsair. I hadn't realized how absolutely awful Corsair PSUs are before buying this. This is the top of the line PSU, I'd recommend it for everyone.
