I believe in Tata's quality, my friend really had benefits from it, its good for daily but 40 mcg is very small compared to 10mg dose that i am taking

Works on people with biotin deficiency only
I had high hopes, but it didn't help... I'm not saying it's bad product, but seems like I'm not lacking biotin, so it's useless. It did worked on nails, my nails are stronger than before so yeah, it works some where.

Bad Smell and vomithing sensation and motions
very bad smell. i used only one tablet and i got vomthing sensation and suffered with motions. I am afraid of using these and found not much useful.
