Review: Best tool I've found for plantar fascitis - Have just discovered this foot tool. I have plantar fascitis in my left heel. This device allows for some serious foot, arch, calve stretches. I was using lots of other tools before this purchase. I haven't used it long enough for it to completely heal my foot, but will report back after several weeks usage. So far I'm impressed with its capabilities to do the big toe stretch, little toe stretch, basic arch stretch, calve raise and calve stretch. I had to look up information online to know how to use it, because it only came with very basic instructions. There is bending the knee, straightening the knee, your other foot in front or behind and in a raised off the floor position. I couldn't hold the stretch for the 30-45 seconds at first, but finally increased to the 30 second hold. It takes practice to use it efficiently, though it seems simple, it's a learning curve and is more strenuous than you would think.

Have just discovered this foot tool. I have plantar fascitis in my left heel. This device allows for some serious foot, arch, calve stretches. I was using lots of other tools before this purchase. I haven't used it long enough for it to completely heal my foot, but will report back after several weeks usage. So far I'm impressed with its capabilities to do the big toe stretch, little toe stretch, basic arch stretch, calve raise and calve stretch.
