CALISTA Perfecter Heated Round Brush, Waves & Shoulder Hair, 1", Rose Gold

This is the best curling product I have ever had! I have short/medium length hair that falls in limp waves going in exactly the wrong direction! the Calista Heated Brush gives my hair volume and lifts it into soft curls so I can control the direction of my lazy waves and turns them into soft curls. I love the fact that it is ceramic so it doesn't damage my hair like my old metal clamp-style curler. I can't say enough good things about this curler - except if you buy it, you, too, will love it!

Love this curler! Lightweight and easy to use. Able to control temperature setting. This smaller barrel is perfect for short hair too!

04/25/25 - Update Calista has replaced the non functioning unit. I'm very happy with the result. I have always loved this product!!! Thank you, Calista. I'm changing from one star to 4. It would be 5 except for the one bad unit. 04/03/25 - I feel conflicted having to write a bad review because I could swear by this product. This device works beautifully on my very thick/coarse hair. Between my Mother and I we have purchased 5 or 6 Calista Profecters and I have recommended to many people who ask about my hair. This is the first time it has only lasted 14 months. I only use it once per week, am very careful with the cord, and clean after each use. A flashing 'E1' is showing in the temp window and it no longer heats up. I have attempted to appeal to Calista to do something for me (a good and loyal customer). However, their response was, 'The unit will need to be replaced', with no other direction. I believe this means they will do nothing to make this situation right. What would appease me would be to offer a replacement or at the very least offer a deep discount in order for me to purchase a new one. I'm sure they don't intend their product only to last 14 months. If that's the norm, then this product is not worth replacing. I would love to update this review with 5 stars based on how Calista responds to my appeal.

Only lasted two years= junk!

I have been disappointed with this product. I had one of these in the past and it worked wonderfully!! However; when it finally stopped working, I ordered another one. It came and I had problems with it. It would shutoff after a few minutes. When I finally got it to work it was great. I returned the first one that came because I was getting frustrated with using it each morning and having to play around with it to get it to work. Thankfully Amazon was kind and let me return it after 2 months of use. I thought it would somehow straighten itself out - - but it never did. I thought I got a "lemon". I reordered a new one, thinking it would work like my OLD one from long ago, however; it did the same thing. I absolutely love this product when it works seamlessly. I decided that I would keep the replacement styling brush and just deal with it. I think when this one finally quits working altogether, I will find a different product to buy. Paying a little over $100 for this is not right, especially because it has flaws.

What a fantastic hair product !! I have only had this heated round brush for 2 days , and my hair looks great , and for a 90 year old , that is saying something ! I ordered the O.75 round brush because I have short hair and this product grips the hair firmly and is so easy to use . No matter how you brush your hair you get a stylish look . Your hair is not damaged in any way , hair is very soft looking . Cost Is pricey but so worth it . Did not include a photo because I do not photograph well . Also my hair was washed and dried on first use , and just refreshed again the next day. Amen.

Calista by Maria is working perfectly for me. I normally have very straight thin hair. I am able to curl with ease my hair and looks great. It was very easy to work with. I am thrilled. Finally something that works!

This styling brush is by far the best product I have ever used. I have very fine, frizzy hair and the Calista perfecter pro straightens and controls my frizz without any trouble at all. It glides through my hair and is super quick and easy to use. It's so good, I will probably buy another with a smaller diameter brush to do beachy waves. LOVE IT!

This is my third Calista heated round brush. I LOVE this product. On other curling brushes the teeth of the brush get hot not just the barrel. I find this one so easy to use and safe because only the barrels gets hot and not the bristles. Well worth the money.

I had one of the originals. It has lost some teeth so wanted to update. New one has a temp you can set and is dual voltage. Great for travel.

I bought this in 2023, and it stopped working in 2025, I thought maybe it was perhaps getting a little old, so I bought a new one in November 2025, because I really did like it a lot. Now this one has also broken, August 2026. I plug it in, turn it on, see the light blinking, the temperature goes up, and once it reaches the top, it blanks out and flashes a code. And then it never works again. And now, this product has increased its price to almost double since when I originally purchased. I do not recommend this product for how much they are charging now. I unfortunately will not be buying another Calista hair tool.

I found to combs are to far spaced and hair just slips through.
