This steel bottle's diameter is about 80mm, height 290mm.

Does the fixed fast pour lid allow you to add fruits

There is a metal strainer that comes with it so you can put the fruit in the main bottle then strainer and should stop the fruit coming out. I've not tried it as only use the straw lid Hope that helps.

Are they dishwasher safe?

I would say top rack dishwasher safe - but most thermos flasks are still recommended washing by hand. Never use bleach or a bleach based cleaner on a thermos product.
