I usually wear a 10/12. I want it to fit loose but not too big. Do I order a medium o r size up to large?

I typically wear a 12/14 and I feel like the large is bigger than I’d want it. The outter part is looser than the inside piece but on the large I felt like the inside piece was looser than I’d want it. I am sticking with the large but I feel I could have gotten away with a medium.

Does this have a cami attached? Some reviews says it does and others say it doesn't. Maybe certain colors doesn't? Does the navy and the light gray.

Hi… on the inside it’s like a jumper but shorts, as you put your legs in the shorts and pull up. There is no cami that is sold with it, it’s all one piece. I have 4 of these, I personally don’t need a cami it covers everything, unless you have regular bra it will show your bra straps on back side… I have worn a cami underneath to go out to restaurant etc… there is no cami that comes with any color, it kind of looks like it in the pictures, hope this helps answer 😀
