After a month, the lights stopped working, but the customer service team was exceptional. They were quick to respond, highly attentive, and promptly shipped a replacement. At first I was very happy with the product. It fit perfectly in my small room, and although it was cheap material, it looked nice however, after less than one month, the vanity lights no longer work. I was reading other reviews and I’m not the only one that’s experienced this issue. DO NOT BUY THIS

My daughter loves it! It's a very nice set up for a young girl with lots of extra storage space and cool lighting options. It does take some time to put together. I probably spent 3-4 hours on it. It's made of particle board, but that's pretty much everything these days. If you want solid wood expect to pay a lot more for it. The directions were relatively easy to follow. The only issue we had was the main light switch had a short in it causing the lights to turn off. The buttons also broke after about a month. So I emailed the company they got right back to me about a replacement part. I had my part within 2 weeks and everything works great. Overall I had a great experience with this company and the item is exactly what my daughter wanted.

We purchased this vanity for our daughter in February we had it for about a month and the lights died.. I was then able to contact the seller via Amazon. Now the lights have died again and there is no one to contact. I feel like it was a waste of money since my daughter wanted this vanity for the lights. The vanity itself is great! But if you want the lights to apply make up keep looking this isn’t the one!

This vanity is great but the seller is better. There was an issue with the light controller after a couple weeks. After one message they immediately shipped me new parts for free. Very happy and my daughter loves it.

This item took about 4.5 hours to put together and I am a seasoned Individual who is always putting things together. BUT that is to be expected if you’re purchasing furniture online so for me this isn’t an issue.The vanity is defiantly sturdy, gorgeous when all put together with plenty of storage for my needs.My only issue is the vanity lights stopped working with less than 2 months of having it.It’s been troubleshooted and determined it’s the light switch with a recommendation of a whole new light kit be obtained from the seller.I have reached out to the seller and I am hoping they will oblige this request.In the mean time I have no vanity lights. (Don’t let my picture fool you, this was taken right after I put it together).This was also an issue I recalled seeing in previous reviews.Couple of tips, use your own commando strip for the light inside the cabinet. The one provided is only a double sided sticky tape and the light will keep falling down.Take your time putting this together and follow the instructions exactly how they are listed.I can’t give it a five star due to the light issue I have going on. Otherwise this would be getting a 5 star review.Disappointed.

As other reviews have mentioned, the lights stop working after a short period of time. Everything was great for the first month or two, then the lights stopped working/do whatever they want/power button doesn't work. I saw another reviewer said they contacted the company and had great customer service. I did the same. They requested a video of the lights not working/flickering on and off, but unfortunately the file wouldn't send. I'm not sure what kind of proof they needed other me telling them THE LIGHTS ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY & the several other reviews that mention this. It looks like poltergeist is in my room because the lights literally flicker on and off randomly, if they even work at all. DO NOT waste your time. Extremely disappointed and they obviously don't care about this defect.

This vanity is super cute & worth the money! However, it took like 10+ hours to build. The directions were pretty straight forward and good, but I struggled a few times. I wish they had an instruction video on youtube. Overall, everything is great except I am missing the glass shelf that goes in the cabinet part but I love this vanity and I’m excited to use it! I’ll change my review to 5 stars when I get my other part. :)UPDATE: I received the missing part so I changed to 5 stars!
