Brilliant item & cheaper than TikTok. Exactly same product at a lower price. Item is well made and easy to use. Great for building muscle mass providing a range of resistance from 1-20.

This is a great asset to my early morning exercise regime. Much easier and safer than the spring bar.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Arrived well packaged and feels solid straight out of the box. The build quality is good with sturdy steel arms and the hydraulic resistance feels smooth and controlled rather than jerky. It has a nice weight to it which makes it feel like a proper bit of kit rather than something flimsy. The adjustable resistance range is impressive and should suit different strength levels. It also looks quite compact so it does not take up much space when stored. My only real criticism is that there are no instructions or guidance included on how to use it to target different muscle groups. For anyone new to this type of trainer it would have been helpful to include a small guide showing different exercises and positioning. Aside from that I am very happy with it so far and it seems like a good addition to home strength training.

Very impressed with the chest exerciser. Good quality, comfortable and easy to use. Previous reviews mentioned the lack of instructions, but it is simple to use and does all the upper muscles at the same time. Perfect.

You will get a good chest and arm workout from this. You can adjust the resistance to suit your training needs. The best thing there is no recoil as with spring loaded chest exercisers. Also it is portable and light enough to take anywhere with you.
