I love this product and it works no taste in the powder. I mix with equate or ensure. I lost muscle mass and I was 94 lbs. at 68 yrs old, I drank this for 2 months now and my legs are stronger when I get out of bed also muscles are in my arms now. When we get older we need Creatine.
