Calcium citrate
Thought they were gummies but they are chewable. Taste okay.

Best way to get calcium
Couldnโt swallow regular calcium pills. These have been great since I had gastric bypass and have severe calcium deficiency. Calcium is slowly coming up to normal.

HORRIBLE TASTE and they are HUGE
I normally do not even bother writing reviews however, this was so incredibly awful that I feel itโs necessary to warn others. I got the raspberry flavor and it truly made me sick to my stomach. It was nearly impossible to choke down without throwing up. After bariatric surgery, I want something that is tolerable to my stomach, considering what happens when I throw up. This was the most awful tasting medication/vitamin Iโve ever had. On top of it not being edible, the tablet is huge. Itโs the size of three Tums all put together. The only somewhat thing I could say about it that potentially is positive would be I believe it absorbs well. If you can manage to tolerate one of the worst taste in the entire world, then it may be right for you. If you cannot, then I highly recommend finding another option.

Lab values and taste
Raspberry tastes good. Lab levels have been within normal limits.

Chalky
Not that I'm way overweight, but I thought I'd try these out. They are a fairly large tablet, and easy to chew once you bite into them. At first, I could taste the raspberry...and these tasted OK, then, a few seconds later, the taste changed to chalk, and the tablet crumbled into a powder. I did not like the aftertaste, and you MUST have water on hand to wash it down. These have some essential vitamins in them, but I can get those vitamins in other supplements that don't leave a bad taste. These do have sweeteners in them too (like sorbitol), that I don't want either.
