It's very good quality, I was scared at first because I never actually kicked with shin pads in my mma place so I tried kicking the corner of a wall and my legs didn't even hurt, love the quality

RDX foam shin and foot pads.
Good quality equipment for the money. Well worth getting. Only for light sparing though. Not heavy sparring. I use for long sessions on the bag. But I’d spar lightly in these all day long. Nice and light for those just starting whose foot work isn’t that great yet.

They are alright, they coming off my son feet's when training and they are hard to put them on. Material could be better. Size is good. Protects from the kick. Nice design.

Espinilleras de buena calidad son de tela no de piel sintética aunque muy confortables el motivo por el cual le doy 3 estrellas es por la dificultad que tienen a la hora de ponerlas y quitarlas ya que no son como las otras que tienen velcros en varios puntos y en segundo lugar porque en la parte de abajo la tela hace rozaduras en la parte inferior de los dedos nada que no se pueda solventar con un poco de esparadrapo aún así pienso que es una buena compra
