How to change out the bits?

The main shaft is reversible and hold 2 pcs with 2 tips each. The other tips are stored inside of handle. All 8 pcs with 16 various nice tips. The photo actually shows more than that. My only complain is the cap in the back of handle has thin thread and hard to close it. Only 1 of tip is 1/4” thick and the rest of are maybe 3/16” thick. The main shaft hold 1/4 “ one side and the other end hold 3/16”s. I’d recommend for the $.
