I prefer red raspberry, you don’t need much maybe a teaspoon. Can have an after taste if use to much. Enjoy I do.

I can only say that the RED Raspberry has a more robust, true Red Raspberry taste. The plain Raspberry has a more mellow taste. If you want sweetness why not get the Regular Raspberry Syrup?
