Cute and GREAT customer service....
It would be unfair for me not to review this item. It was initially shipped to me with the wrong name, but the seller was VERY responsive and totally made this right. Amz stinks in the sense that they make it VERY hard to contact a vendor when there is a problem. Once I deep dived on the site multiple times and finally was able to contact the vendor, the vendor bent over backwards to correct the issue.This is a really cute item. The only reason I did not give it a 5 is because it is made of two sides and the stitching of the two sides together isn't great. HOWEVER, it has a BUCKLE AND ZIPPER to secure it at the bottom, which is FANTASTIC. The zipper is good too... It glides smoothly and is securely stitched, and the buckle is attached securely.I love this item. I received a lot of complements at the airport, and little kids practiced their reading on it (Catch flights, not feelings) while waiting in line at customs. I even had a lady open up to me about her crappy boyfriend when she read what it said, which opened the door for me to encourage her and minister to her a bit. GREAT job, seller!

A bit cumbersome to zip up but I like the product
I was worried when I received this that it wouldn't fit over my 29 inch checked bag suitcase. It fits and looks great, it is a little cumbersome to zip up because it zips at the bottom. I will be using it in a few weeks for a trip and can't wait to see how it holds up after the trip.

I definitely thought this was a whole suitcase. Too my surprise (and the fact that I didn’t read the whole thing) it is only the cover. It is very cute though cant wait to use it.

Does it’s purpose
The item is cute and does what it’s supposed to do. The only thing I’m disappointed in is that there was no Thank You note from the seller. I would think especially since this is a handmade product that they would be some kind of gratitude.
