Review: Noticeable difference - I purchased this product when hearing from a friend that it helped improve their cardiovascular health. I was unsure but wanted to give it a try. I’m generally in shape but also am reliant on caffeine and have slightly high blood pressure. When taking this product, I noticed the difference the same morning - lifting weights and running were making my chest/lunges feel more easily exhausted / pressurized - but this product really helped prevent that feeling. I can only describe it as ‘my breathing feels more at ease, as if I’ve already stretched/warmed up before working out’. Everyone should consult a doctor if you have chest tightness or sensitivity to caffeine, but I will say this has been very effective in improving my cardio comfort (fyi I try to exert myself while exercising and obviously am trying to create stress on my body to become more fit). I take this product on days I don’t workout too and just feel a sense of smooth wakefulness; I know that sounds odd but it’s certainly enjoyable compared to caffeine ramping you up.
