I purchased this product when hearing from a friend that it helped improve their cardiovascular health. I was unsure but wanted to give it a try. I’m generally in shape but also am reliant on caffeine and have slightly high blood pressure. When taking this product, I noticed the difference the same morning - lifting weights and running were making my chest/lunges feel more easily exhausted / pressurized - but this product really helped prevent that feeling. I can only describe it as ‘my breathing feels more at ease, as if I’ve already stretched/warmed up before working out’. Everyone should consult a doctor if you have chest tightness or sensitivity to caffeine, but I will say this has been very effective in improving my cardio comfort (fyi I try to exert myself while exercising and obviously am trying to create stress on my body to become more fit). I take this product on days I don’t workout too and just feel a sense of smooth wakefulness; I know that sounds odd but it’s certainly enjoyable compared to caffeine ramping you up.

Life Extension has been having some quality control issues on these lately, possibly a new manufacturer producing them. Specifically, they leak, which is problematic since the liquid is sticky, and since it's clear so can only tell it's on something by the stick. The problem showed up in late 2025, and it seems like they are making a lot of progress in reducing it. It may also be related to how Amazon stores or delivers them. Otherwise, effective, a good value, and fast-hitting, unlike any other TMG capsule. No noticeable taste or smell for those who care.
