Just perfect! I wanted to buy this for using on my road trips in the car and in the hotel room. I like be able to warm healthy meals from home. This could not have been easier. It's the perfect size that was looking for. It took little less than an hour to heat my meal and it was piping hot! I originally purchased another one that was about three times the cost and ended up returning it. This one is so much better in every way. I do have to laugh about the toddler size fork and spoon though. I'm fine with that though since I always travel with a real three piece set from home. I will admit though, that they will do in a pinch. All in all, it's a great project, does what you need it to do, and the price was great.

I got this for my hubby and he uses it almost everyday! He says it heats up his food pretty nicely , he is always on the go in his work truck and actually got asked by a bunch of people how it works and where to get one , solid gift for someone who works on the go or in trucks and cannot always heat up their lunches , very good value for the money especially since it get used so much ! Id recommend it for meal prepping, even works with soup! Nice and portable as well

OH MY! When I first saw this on Amazon, I thought, "Huh...that looks interesting." I'm a courier and take my lunch every day I drive. On the road, there aren't a lot of places to get food that is good and healthy - not to mention the cost. Remember the $5 menu? Today, go to a fastfood restaurant and you'll drop $12+. It might be fine once a week, but after that you start to feel it. I bought this lunchbox with the thought of fixing this problem. I take a PBJ every day - it's on my freshly milled wheat bread, so it is good and healthy - but the same lunch everyday gets old. I love leftovers and have snuck into a convenience store to use their microwave, but it never works out very well. I used this lunchbox for the first time yesterday. I let it heat up for @ 40 minutes. I was really pleased with how well it heated. I opened the lid and steam came out. I had to blow on the bites before I could eat! My leftovers were delicious and I saved myself $10 - $15. So how long will it take for me to have paid for this lunchbox? A week? This was an EXCELLENT purchase. Suggestions: Go to an American culinary school and pay $200 for a student to 1 write your instructions (and use suggestions and maybe even a small recipe guide). 2. Include some sort of lid where the removable pan can be spill-proof while being kept cool. Fully explain this on your Amazon site. I saw a lot of questions (and I had some too) that you should answer before they are asked. Otherwise, if this product lasts, it is an excellent product. If it doesn't last, I will change my review.

I like it. As you’re warming up your food, you need to stir it so the heat distribute evenly.

I started a new job where I would be going back and forth between properties and wouldn't have a chef to bring me lunch. Not knowing the microwave situation I ordered this the day before I started. My chef at home has been making my lunches. This thing is AMAZING. I've only done pasta and chicken and dumplings so far. It's so easy!!! Just plug it in, pop open the steam top and when you can start to smell the food it's ready!!! It keeps it hot for a long time after unplugging too! I plug it in when I start to feel a little hungry and by the time I'm ready to eat it's ready. I get lost into my work sometimes and forget to eat. Plugging it in when I start to feel hungry and then smelling the food is a good reminder and I can do it from my desk! I probably wouldnt eat if I had to get up to microwave lunch. Plus this heats up food better than a microwave. A few people in the office have already asked about it and I've shared the link a couple of times. Only issue is the knife and fork are really small, like child size small so you will have to being your own fork. I bought the lunchbox that was recommended with it and I suggest buying that too. It holds this perfectly and I keep the cord in the front zipper compartment and snacks in it as well. Perfect for the office and would work for someone who travels for work too! I love it. It's a generous size too. My fiancé fills it about halfway and it's enough for 2 meals. It takes less than 20 minutes to heat up the food to a simmer at halfway full.

The item came with the advertised accessories and appears to be solid and durable. The flaps on the lid seem a bit flimsy TO ME so it remains to be seen how long it will last with my child using it.
