Is there glitter on this dress?

There is no glitter but a very pretty dress the tulle does need to be fluffed. I hung it on a hanger and fluffed for several days before gifting it to a little princess.

Why do the blue Cinderella style dresses look totally different in the first picture (MUCH prettier) than the other pictures??

This dress need to be fluffed, separate the mesh skirt and it will be very fluffy

Does it come with the wings?

It does come with wings. My granddaughter liked the wings the best but was a little disappointed when they did not flutter on their own. .
