This was the cutest for my baby boys 4th birthday! Results may vary based on your fur baby. It was easy to put the banner together and came with a threading tool. I used the bandanna but there is a bow tie with it too. Great price and will make for a cute celebration

I mean look at him?! Isn't he the cutest?! Definitely the best adult money decision. Great quality (about to live through two birthdays!) The adhesive lasted the first go the second it fell and kept falling so I used my own double sided tape. It's a good size not huge but not unnoticeable.

Muffin looked super cute for his birthday photos! Giving 4 stars because there was an extremely strong gas type smell from the balloons. Also, the strap on the hat was so long it looks to be made to fit a human. But overall it is cute and served my needs for the 2.3 seconds my cat tolerated it. The collar also could fit up to a medium dog...it is very large.
