It does the job easing my cold symptoms. Nice effervescent flavor and I add it with ginger ale when I drink it. Good price here...stopped looking for it at the drugstore.

These are the original Alka Seltzer Plus that I purchased for my husband.(The size is bigger than the ones at the drugstore) It was so easy to put them with water and the orange flavor was a plus. He began to feel better within a few days and was able to get quality sleep which he had been lacking. I will be purchasing more of these when needed.

TlI know it says it's for 'severe cold & flu' but this aspirin-free AS+ is the only thing that gets me through allergy seasons here where I live. Once a day is all I take and it works.
