Forest Garden Pergola Arch, 5'12 x 4'6, Wooden, Diamond Trellis Side Panels

Delivered on time and carried through to rear garden - professional service. Good quality product and straight forward to construct. Looks great once installed. Highly recommend.

Although it said I hadn't received it, I had ,and in good time too. So good service from Forest Products and the garden arch is just what we expected and good quality

A very sturdy and great looking pergola. Delivered on time, great value.

Looks amazing and I’m really happy my husband put it together really quickly with a power drill but it’s lovely

Solid frame. Relatively easy to put together. Delivery was fine and fairly speedy.

Excellent product, all the timbers are robust, the main posts 4"x4". The arches also add a nice touch. The instructions state the width of the arch but this is flexible & can be installed narrower which I did. All timber pressure treated, is some splits in the timber but this doesn't detract from the quality, it is garden furniture.

The Arch looks beautiful once its all assembled and painted. Easy to assemble and very sturdy. Money; I do think its overly priced and I received some of the wood picecs cracked. Delivery; Was the worst service ever but in short they say they put it in your garden for you but without any update in information they left these heavy unprotected timbers outside my house, expecting my elderly mom to put it in my garden. My mother even asked nicely if they can at least put it in side the hall way but they refused, saying they busy. I had to come back from work and I would say am quite fit and healthy person but even for me it was really heavy. If they mentioned they wouldn't take it inside the house for me I would have stayed home happily. (Shouldn't make promises you can't keep) Seller; I then tried contacting seller no communication for weeks. Moving forward I had to contacted Amazon. Amazon assistant; I had to contact them for my case to move forward after weeks of discussion and sending images, my option's are to return it and they give my money back or take minor refund. (Minor refund was not worth it) I wanted all this hassle to go away so I took the minor refund and brought my self wood filler. Filled in the gaps and now after 3 paint coats can't see the cracks as much. You can decide if you want to purchase it or not. Its a 50/50 chance but the end result it does look beautiful. Hope it helps 👍

I was very pleased with the delivery service and quality. All assembled and in the garden and the price was good too. Thank you Forest. P and J
