This AIP ketchup alternative tastes really good! I eat this on top of burgers or just as a flavorful sauce with meals. I love the clean AIP approved ingredients. It has a thick yet kind of watery texture. It’s definitely not the same consistency as regular ketchup but it doesn’t bother me. I think the price is a bit high is the only issue I have, but it’s a great quality and tasty alternative if you have lots of food sensitivities like I do! I highly recommend!!

When I read the reviews that complained about the taste, some said 'too much vinegar,' and others said, "Too sweet." So I was prepared to have to 'doctor' this, but when I tried it, I was amazed at how good it is right out of the bottle. No, there's no strong 'tomato' taste because there are no tomatoes! But as a substitute for tomato ketchup, I find this delicious. For those of us who can't eat tomatoes, this is great.

I wanted to like this so much, I do not. It doesn’t taste like ketchup at all. The consistency is not the same either. I couldn’t bare it. It’s bitter tasting. I read a review where someone said it tasted like ketchup. I want to know how much sugar they added. Lol! Only kidding , its just not for me. I wish I could give it away to someone, no one wants it. Lol

Can stay paleo/AIP AND dip my sweet potato fries.

I bought this not to use like ketchup alone, like on fries, but as a base for sauces like barbecue sauce. It works for that, but does not taste like tomato ketchup. It is also very thin. If I made it, I'd work on making it a little thicker. It is a little spicy, nicely so. I used this to make some barbecue sauce for myself because I am allergic to tomato. My husband reluctantly ate it and then liked it. He even had seconds of the sauce. I also did dip some fries in it and, while it does not taste like ketchup, it was tasty.

It doesn't taste like tomato ketchup obviously but it isn't bad. Its got a zing to it, almost like jalapeno ketchup but without the heat. Lots of garlic and vinegar which I like so I'd say this is going to be a rebuy for me.

For acid reflux patients, this met the need of ketchup! I had to add a little stevia and it made it great!!

I bought this for my daughter who is on API diets for medical reasons. She said she liked it, but it didn't taste anything like ketchup, but she loved it anyway!
