I purchased the Volcora 13" Electronic Cash Register Drawer and overall it works great. The build quality is solid, and it performs exactly as expected for daily use with a POS system. The only issue I had was with setup—the CD that came with it didn’t work for me, so I had to search online to find the correct driver. Once I did that, everything worked perfectly. Aside from that minor inconvenience, it’s a reliable and good-value product.

Customer Support helped me install the driver!!
Great receipt printer. I was completely lost on how to install the printer driver, so I went onto Volcora's website and reached out to customer support with screenshots of the issues I was having, and the solution they suggested got it working right away. Super happy with my receipt printer (: It prints and cuts quickly. By the way, you'll need to know that the printer model is V-WRP2-A1, POS-80C, and you can install the driver here: https://volcora.com/pages/support-center Just go to the Receipt Printers tab on the left, and then go to the V-WLRP5-A1 & V-WRP2-A1 Series tab at the top. Works perfectly but I ordered the incorrect model. I thought I selected the wifi model but I guess I didn't...

DRIVERS MARK AS VIRUS
The drivers were mark as virus in windows and Mcafee. the driver will never work again so i have to purchase another printer

Nunca la pude configurar. Seguro fue falta de conocimiento mio pero nunca logre realizar la conexión - al presentar mi devolución y al mencionar la razón me realizaron un reembolso total (caja registradora e impresora) como agradecimiento y eso me dejo mejor sentir
