Kinesiology Tape, 5m Uncut Roll, Blue, Waterproof Muscle Support

Great product, fantastic adhesion to the skin, easy to remove (I waited till In shower) does the job perfectly, gives the support you need, recommend watching videos of how to apply to injured area as it’s not just a case of stuck it on and away you go, needs to be int he right placement for it to work for you. Can’t recommend enough, delivered early too, for the money give it a go.

Fabulous product so far have been sent the beige/flesh colour. Goes on well easy to apply sticks well comes off smoothly with little residue On this last occasion I got the blue one the backing paper was slightly different applied well but started to let go when stretched. When removed it pulled off some skin as well. I will use sparingly until the next roll arrives

Good quality and does the job effectively, my daughter does a lot of acrobatics/ dancing. She was having pain in the knee, using the tape has alleviated a lot of the pain by helping support her knee, would recommend, useful video links as well showing how to apply effectively. And it comes in pink so that was always a winner!

I bought a different brand from Amazon originally which became unstuck after 30mins. This tape has been in place now for 7 days even with showers and soaks in a bath. My physio recommended it and I watched videos on how to tape knees correctly. It did take me a couple of attempts to get the right lengths. I have stage 4 chondral disease in my left knee ( partial knee replacement pending) and osteoarthritis in both knees. I have tried numerous supports and knee braces but find they put too much pressure on my patella and increase pain. This tape provides a good level of support and worn with a patella support, enables me to continue my 5-8 mile walks per day. Inclines and declines are slightly less painful though I do still have to use walking poles. Also find it easier to do Pilates . The tape is comfortable and I haven't experienced any adverse reactions . I would highly recommend.

Mediocre quality.

My son has a bad knee with swelling and fluid from trampolining 5 nights a week. He was competing nationally and needed skin colour tape to compete with. After using the £15 high street drug store tape that was blue, we were desperate as we could not find skin colour anywhere. We weren't sure about this as it was so cheap, but we needed it ASAP. Honestly, this stuff is much better than the expensive blue tape we were buying. I am almost annoyed we were spending so much money before. This stuff sticks like crazy. So much infact, we have to use hand sanitizer to make it comfortable to remove! Buy this over the more expensive high street tape. It has better adhesion and is just overall much better. It obviously doesn't replace his leg brace but is a brilliant 2nd option.

Provides the support needed. Definitely need sharp scissors to ensure clean cut to prevent tape from snagging. Price is decent

I am a doctor of physical therapy and have used various kinesiology tape in my practice since they entered the market many years ago. My vendor always encouraged me to buy expensive brands and claimed that they were superior. I decided to try out Meglio Kinesiology Tape as I needed specific colors for a specific patient population. It was much less expensive so my hopes weren't too high but it turned out to far exceed the quality of the expensive tape I had been purchasing for over 20 years. Meglio Kinesiology tape stays on well and has not irritated anyone's skin to date. It is by far the best tape I have purchased and everyone loves the great colors too. Highly recommend!
