Garden of Life Dr. Formulated Organic Coconut MCT Oil, 16 Fl Oz

It's great for an energy boost, but I have to use with caution because it could send me to the bathroom. That said, it has helped my regularity. No detectable flavor.

Love this stuff. Would buy again.

Clean, neutral taste and blends perfectly into coffee or shakes. Gives steady energy without the heaviness of some other oils I’ve tried. Excellent quality product and a great addition to fasting or keto routines.

I add this to my morning coffee with organic coconut oil, and I feel a lot more energized, even at 55 yrs old. But, like most other reviews. I agree they need to do something about the leaking. You can't put it in your drinks without leakage.

I’ve been using the Garden of Life Dr. Formulated Brain Health Coconut MCT Oil for a few weeks now, and it has quickly become a staple in my daily routine! This product is everything I was looking for—high-quality, clean, and effective. The oil is completely flavorless, which makes it so easy to incorporate into almost anything. I use it in my morning coffee for a creamy texture and an extra boost of energy, but it also works well in smoothies, salad dressings, or even just drizzled over food. I sometimes just take a tablespoon when I am in a hurry. It’s certified organic, non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free, and hexane-free, so I feel confident knowing I’m putting something pure and healthy into my body. I’ve also noticed improved focus and mental clarity since adding this to my diet. The bottle is easy to pour and mess-free, and I love that it’s a trusted brand like Garden of Life. If you’re looking for a clean and effective MCT oil to support your brain and body, I highly recommend this one. I’ll definitely be repurchasing!

Good quality, not unpleasant to take. My keto meter says this product works.

I have heard about the benefits of Mct oil for several year now. I tried another brand and I just couldn’t tolerate it consistently. I tried taking 1/2 tb for 2 weeks and moving up to 1 tb mixed in my coffee. Some days I would feel fine, while most days it left me feeling nauseous or with bad stomach pains or other gastrointestinal issues. Didn’t matter if I took it with or without food. What made it more frustrating is that the oil worked. It did satiate my hunger and it made me feel fuller faster when I ate. I was disappointed thinking I just couldn’t tolerate mct oil. Then I read an article stating different brands use different quality processing for their mct and I saw this Garden Of Life brand. I use GOL probiotics and knew they had a solid reputation for good quality products so I took a chance. I’m so glad I did as this has been such a different experience. Not only have I been able to tolerate this much better, it works as all the claims said it would. I get fuller quicker, my appetite is surpressed and my weight has decreased. In roughly 3 mos I have lost 10 lbs. I will get an occasional stomach discomfort but the symptoms are very mild and don’t last long when they do occur. Nothing that would out weigh the benefits. As far as the taste, I read other reviews where some people said it has a coconut taste while others said no taste. That didn’t make sense until I tried it myself. It’s very odd in that some days I don’t notice any taste while other days I taste a hint of coconut. It’s so faint that it doesn’t ruin or alter anything that I put it in. I definitely will be ordering this again.

I bought this as a gift a friend loved it and was happy

Good product

Very disappointed because it was thought to be in a glass bottle but came in plastic which is of no use!

I needed some MCT Oil to add to my diet for brain fog and thought I should try one that is by a brand I trust - Garden of Life. I have had no stomach issues adding it to my coffee or breakfast but I don't think I feel the benefits I was hoping for. I might look for an alternative when this bottle has finished.

very good mtc oil, however, was in a pharmacy today and saw for 50aed cheaper

This costly product came without any expiry date printed. Seal was leaking when it arrived. So, I won't be able to use it. I purchased it for my newborn baby. This product is not eligible for return. I lost the money (500 AED).
