Very late response here. LOL I was surprised. This is a well made tool. Not only for bath and showers. Great for getting into the corners of the kitchen floor that the mop can't reach. Makes short work cleaning the outdoor grill grate. The four heads cover about every type of cleaning. Excellent product. And still working good.

This is a useful product 👌....particularly if you hate spending all of your time cleaning. I received one initially as a gift and found it so useful that a purchased another one to use in a separate part of my home. Works as well as described. Exceeded my expectations.

It does a decent job but it is impossible for me to change heads. I need a very strong man to do that. There should be a release switch on it. Exasperating when I want to change from the brush to the scrubber. So not for someone with limited arm strength.

I had concerns about the effectiveness of this tool because of its size. I thought the large diameter of the scrub brushes would bog down the motor. I used both the brushes and scrub pads (plus conical brushes I bought separately) and the motor never slowed or complained. I used it for a solid 2 hours and the batteries still had a charge. The tool comes with a short USB cable for charging. The tool is compact but powerful.

I've had this for less than 2 months. It has stopped working. I have a huge bathroom and a large shower. I thought this would be perfect for cleaning. I worked great all 2 times that I've used it. I tried to clean my bathroom a few days ago and it wouldn't turn on. I thought that I might not have charged it correctly. I let it charge again and tried to turn it on. It won't turn on. The charge light was on. So I know that it was charging. Very very disappointing. UPDATE: I upped this from two stars to 4 stars. The seller contacted me with a refund and a new machine. I will always appreciate good customer service. Can't wait to clean out my shower again.
