I recently stripped and painted my kitchen cabinets and replaced the handles (which have 2 screws, upper & lower) with knobs (which have one screw). I needed something to cover that which I could afford and came up with popsicle sticks! These came very quickly and are all evenly cut, smooth, no flaws, light color with no dark blemishes, sturdy & thick enough to drill (slowly) a hole for the screw to hold the new knobs. In other words, they worked perfectly for my project. The paint and clear gloss went on easily and dried smoothly.
